Cindy Pose

Cindy Pose, 53, of Creston, Iowa passed away on Monday, October 12, 2026 at the Accura Healthcare of Creston. Burial will be at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield, IA. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Cindy and her family.
Cindy Kay Pose daughter of Jeffrey and Karen (Bates) Pose was born on August 4,1973 in Albia, IA. She lived with her mom until she moved to live at the Glenwood Resource Center in Glenwood, she later lived in Corydon and then Creston.
Cindy enjoyed doing stitchery, putting together puzzles, doing arts and crafts and watching movies on her tablet. She enjoyed competing in Special Olympics and all the events she participated in and the awards she received. She was such a happy person and was always smiling.
Cindy is preceded in death by her father Jeffrey; maternal grandparents Floyd and Ruth Bates and paternal grandparents Bob and Betty Pose.
Cindy is survived by her loving mother Karen Pose of Chouteau, OK; brothers Jeremy Pose and his wife Caiti of Kansas City, MO and Aaron Pose and his wife Sarah of Dallas, TX; nieces and nephews, other relatives and host of many care takers over the years.
