Danny Ueberrhein, 73, of Glenwood, IA passed away on Friday September 4, 2026 at the Tabor Manor in Tabor, IA. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at the Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood, IA. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Danny and his family.

Danny Joe Ueberrhein, one of nine children of Kenneth and Opal (Weston) Ueberrhein, was born on July 19, 1953 in Ft. Sill, OK.
Danny had a love for all kinds of animals, enjoyed going to the amphitheater, his favorite pastime was fishing, enjoyed spending time gardening and loved to raise any type of fish.
Danny is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David Ueberrhein, Mark Ueberrhein and Bob Ueberrein; and sisters, Iris Farr, Peggy Study-Evans and Kathy Lentz.
Danny is survived by his sisters, Esther Cole of Council Bluffs, IA, and Ruth Houser and husband Mike of Glenwood; nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many special friends.
