June Perkins

June Janett Perkins, one of three children of Guy William and Addie Frances (Houser) Boileau, was born at her parent's home on June 1, 1908 in rural Henderson, Iowa. June grew up in the Henderson area and graduated from Henderson High School in 1924.
June and Dan Perkins were united in marriage on November 11, 1933 in Missouri. They spent most of their life in Council Bluffs, Iowa where they operated an auction company. June was a member of the First Christian Church in Council Bluffs.
June and Dan had been married 47 years at the time of Dan's death on May 8, 1981. In 1989, June moved to the Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs. June died at the Village on March 24, 2003 at the age of 94 years, 9 months, and 23 days.
June was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Earl Boileau, and sister Gayle Gravett.
June is survived by her nephews, Leo Boileau and his wife Beverly of Glenwood, Iowa, Bill Gravett and wife Mae of Red Oak, Iowa, Roy Gravett of Carson, Iowa, and Galen Gravett of Minnesota.
