Richard Frank, 74, of Carson, IA passed away at his home on Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at the Carson United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Oakland, IA. Visitation at the church will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The family request casual dress.

OBITUARY
Richard Dean Frank, 74 of Carson, IA, passed away on February 16, 2025 at his home.
Richard was born on July 12, 1950 in Council Bluffs, IA, the son of Lynn Dean and Lula Marie (Nielsen) Frank. He graduated from Carson-Macedonia Community School in 1968 and attended Drake University in Des Moines, IA. Richard moved back to Oakland and began his farming career in 1974 with his father on the family Century farm where he worked the land. He worked many part-time jobs to support his love for raising Maine Anjou cattle and farmed until his health declined.
Richard and Elizabeth Ann Hull were united in marriage on January 25, 1986 at the Broadway United Methodist Church in Council Bluffs, IA.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife Beth Frank of Carson; daughter Sarah Waterman and husband Toby, and their children, Delaney and Nolan; and many special friends.
