Troy Lynn Hardman

Troy Lynn Hardman, one of four children of Cindy Hardman, was born on April 26, 1976 in Hamburg, Iowa. He grew up and attended school in Malvern, graduating in 1994. Troy worked at Glen Haven Home in Glenwood for a time and then worked odd jobs in the Malvern area. He enjoyed the outdoors and liked to go camping and fishing.

Troy died unexpectedly on January 28, 2008 in Malvern, Iowa, attaining the age of 31 years, 9 months and 2 days. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Wayne Hardman.

Troy is survived by his mother Cindy Hardman; brothers Jeff Hardman and Kyle Thomas; sister Jamie Hardman and her special friend Mike Biggerstaff; and grandmother Geraldine Hardman, all of Malvern, Iowa; aunts Carolyn Study of Shenandoah, Iowa and Jeanie Hardman of Carroll, Iowa; uncles Gary Hardman and his wife Marilyn and Terry Hardman, all of Red Oak, Iowa; many cousins, other relatives and friends.

A family-directed graveside memorial service was held at the Malvern Cemetery on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. Following the service, lunch and fellowship with the family was held at the Malvern Baptist Church. Memorials were directed to the family.
